Where do you deliver to?
We're pleased to be able to deliver to book lovers across the world, please see the full list of our delivery destinations here.
Please note that each book may have its own geographic restrictions, which will be shown on the product page, please review carefully before ordering.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time will vary based on your location. Within the UK and mainland Europe, we aim to deliver within 2-5 working days via a tracked service. For global destinations, please allow up to 21 days for delivery via a tracked service.
Can I amend an order or shipping address?
Unfortunately we cannot make any amendments to your order or shipping details once submitted. If the item hasn't been shipped, you may be able to cancel your order from your account area or by contacting email@example.com, and you may then place a new order subject to item availability.
Does the price cover all import costs for international customers?
International customers may be liable for additional import or customs fees, depending on the laws and regulations in your country. These will be payable directly by you upon receipt of the items. Please refer to the list of shipping destinations for more details.
How do I cancel an order or return an item?
You can cancel an order or return your item in accordance with our terms of service. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org in the first instance.
Are your special or limited editions authenticated?
The product listing will detail if a product comes with a certificate of authenticity or similar. Please keep any authentications safe as we cannot replace any that are lost or damaged.
Do you provide authentication for books previously published by Hachette UK?
This site only sells new books, and can only confirm the authenticity of the books sold directly. We cannot provide any authentication for books not sold via this site.
Are your books new or vintage/antiques?
We only sell new books published by Hachette UK publishers. You can find out more about Hachette UK here.
Are items in my cart reserved for me?
Items in your cart are not reserved, so please complete your purchase to avoid disappointment where stock of an item is limited.
Why has an order I placed been cancelled?
On rare occasions we may need to cancel your order in line with our terms of service. One reason might be due to a title going out of stock as a result of high demand and low availability. While we hate disappointing customers, in scenarios such as this orders will be fulfilled in the order in which they were successfully placed, and any order that we can't fulfil will be refunded.
